Jeremy Pierce

I know some people (I'm not one of them) consider it rude to comment with a correction without saying anything about the content of the post, but I can't really add anything to what you say, and I don't disagree with anything, so I can do little more than add this preface to avoid doing what some people consider rude.

You repeated two lines in the I Corinthians quote. It currently reads: "and that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the Scriptures, and that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the Scriptures".

I just thought it looked a little funny to have Christ be buried and rise again after he already had done that.

Thanks, Jeremy, for calling the typo to my attention so I could correct it. (And I didn't think it rude at all ;)

Just wanted to say howdy. I'm the RUF campus minister at the University of Oklahoma and stumbled across your blog somehow. Always nice to see the words PCA somewhere on the screen (and nicer when the don't mean Porsche Club of America). Keep up the great thoughts.
All for Jesus
Rev. Doug Serven

Doug, thanks for stopping by. I checked out your web site. It looks like you have a very active campus ministry there. Thanks for that--It's such an important time in a person's life. So many patterns are set for future years.

And as for the Cosmo: Puppies are like that. They get over it. They stop chewing, biting, jumping on people, etc., and then they turn into these wonderful creatures that model grace for us. (The receiving end of grace, that is.) And the great news is that for some breeds it only takes about two years to happen. Hang in there, bro!
