Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus Filed

A petition for an emergency stay and a petition for a Writ of Habeas Corpus was filed today in the Federal Courts on Terri's behalf. If approved, this would provide Terri with a review of her case in federal court with her own attorney (rather than her husband's) to represent her. You can read the document online here. It is a long document, but very interesting, as it contains a summary history of court actions on Terri's case so far.
